Michael Jackson wurde offiziell umgebracht. So jedenfalls soll es in seinem Totenschein stehen, welcher nach Angaben von Süddeutsche.de im Internet aufgetaucht ist.
Darin steht als Todesursache nun nicht mehr “akute Propofol-Vergiftung” sondern “Mord” geschrieben – wenn auch laut promiflash.de mit dem Zusatz “infolge einer intravenösen Injektion durch einen Dritten”. Aufgedeckt wurde dieser Internetfund laut Süddeutsche.de durch die britische Sonntagszeitung “News of the World”, welche die Echtheit des Dokuments nicht anzweifelt.
Sollte die Änderung in der Sterbeurkunde von Michael Jackson der Wahrheit entsprechen, würde sich der Leibarzt von Michael Jackson aller Voraussicht nach wegen Totschlags und “schlimmer Fahrlässigkeit” vor Gericht verantworten müssen. Eine offizielle Anklage wurde bislang jedoch nicht erhoben. “Wir haben kein laufendes Verfahren”, zitiert die Los Angeles Times eine Sprecherin der Staatsanwaltschaft in Los Angeles.
Im Fall einer Anklage stünden dem Leibarzt von Michael Jackson laut Süddeutsche.de bereits mehrere renommierte Juristen zur Verfügung. So soll Murray neben Anwalt Ed Chernoff zusätzlich den Strafrechtsexperten Michael Flanagan aus Glendale bei Los Angeles verpflichtet haben. Laut der “Los Angeles Times” soll Flanagan bereits einen Fall gewonnen haben, der dem von Michael Jackson in Bezug auf das Narkosemittel Propofol ähnlich ist.

Ich weiß nicht ob es Mord war. Ein Mord ist es, wenn man plant, jemanden umzubringen.
Es war Fahrlässige Tötung. Wir kennen die Wahrheit nicht. Wir werden sie wahrscheinlich nie erfahren. Der einzige Zeuge ist Tot. Ganz klar.. der Arzt hat RIESEN misst gemacht. Aber wir dürfen nicht vergessen, dass Michael es war der dieses Zeug (Propofol) haben wollte und nahm. Sein Arzt ist genauso schuld an seinem Tod wie Michael persönlich und sein Vater hat auch viel dazu beigetragen wie wir alle wissen.
Michael ist schon vor Jahren gestorben.. er wurde nur verspottet, dabei wollte er immer nur helfen.
Gott hat Michael zu sich geholt und wird ihn nicht mehr hergeben. Er wird ihm den Frieden zeigen, den er auf der Erde nicht fand.
Wenn ihr Michael vermisst, findet Ihr ihn in euren Herzen !! Er wird immer da sein. Er selbst hat doch gesungen.. i will be there…und you are not alone…
Auch wenn Michael tot ist, ich glaube er würde nicht wollen, dass sein Arzt bestraft wird oder wir Hass für Murray empfinden.
Er ist glücklich. Ich weiß es.
Er legt seine warmem Hände über die ganze Menschheit..

It was a big mistake and I’m waiting for the god of this error makes good.
I do not know where you are now, Michael, but I hope it goes better then you and you there
finally get the peace that you have always wanted.
